Well it's 12;32 am here in freezing California, guess I just keep stoking up the fire in the livingroom for my obscene cat and goofy dog. Here I sit in my kinda chilly office wide awake. WT? Are we allowed to use obscenities here? Probably not, so you might have to define the perameters of profanity to me, and honestly in the mean time I'll really try my best. I was raised to cuss ya know, like all good Irishmen or women, in this case, and I'd thought it quite under control until recently. Uh, recently being last year, and that's kinda when my nervous breakdown began or rather became intolerable and unmanageable (sic.) my sister who knows just about everything says that sic is used if u think u f*d up the spelling. Man, I'd really hoped the insomnia was gone but like so many others I'm going thru another cycle of med changes, which is never a good time.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Once in a while I effing slip because to quote Popeye, “ I yam what I yam.” : ).
Good luck with managing the insomnia. I am a terrible sleeper and I’m not even on medication. I try to just kind of accept I’m wide awake when it happens. The more uptight I get about being wide awake, the more sleepless I become. When all you want yo do is sleep and all you can’t do is sleep… it can really take a toll.
in terms of trying to make light of my mental health conditions, i shoot for balance where i take them seriously enough to use my therapy tools daily, but light enough that my world is bigger than my psychic pain.
steadying support while you find what works for you.
