I'm new to this site and in desperate need to vent about how i had finally gotten an anxiety to a place when i could cope and now with covid 19 and being stuck in the house. Especially with my step dad I feel out if control and like I'm slowing losing my mind. Which is only making my anxiety worse. I'm trying not to lose control or my temper but as time goes on it's not getting any easier only worse.

Do you have a psychiatrist or a therapist to talk over your concerns. I know for me my therapist has helped me deal with my anxiety. If you do not have these docs, I would consider it strongly.
How is your anxiety over the covid manifesting? I might be able to help there.
I hope you can find peace.
Keeping a journal, venting here, and working out what calms you naturally will help you as you find your way to a new balance.
And rather than look at it as "stuck in house", instead appreciate you have a roof over your head, a space that you can relax and chill in, and things you are able to do in this space.
Make time to go outside and observe nature.
Best wishes. You are not alone. Welcome to the anxiety board at DS.
