For us, the days are the hardest.
Make time to visit. It will help you feel less overwhelmed.
Best wishes.
I agree these are tough times, but don't make things harder by putting extra stress on yourself. I really think it would do you good to meet with people. Maybe one or two at a time at first to get you feeling comfortable again.
Best wishes for peace
I just read an article about a birthday party in Texas where family members are now hospitalized.
My goal is to not get covid. My daughter and her husband had been 100 percent in and in their yard and walks and only with their children so we get together. My son works at a hospital so he visits and goes only in the basement. He does through the basement entrance. We don't hug. We keep apart but it is good to see him.
My priority is to watch my grandkids grow up so I will do what it takes to guarantee I don't get it. My neuro said he wasn't that worried about his patients so I found that reassuring.
I was in the hospital for weeks and on a ventilator once. I have no interest in doing that again. My family understands and they don't want to deal with me in the hospital again either.
I find it much easier to be extremely cautious than to go out and stress about weather or not I came into contact with someone who has it. I can find joy peace and happiness in getting my basic needs met.
Good Luck
