Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Wow! I am so sorry about everything that your going through. How are you even functioning with all of that going on? First you need to have your blood pressure checked. The physical symptoms are something I deal with too. I get dizzy sometimes and headaches. My sleeping is alittle whacky. I wake up a few times a night for what reason I don't know, but am usually able to go back to sleep. Sometimes my body will ache. I think when I rest or nap I feel so much better. My mind is clearer and my body doesn't ache. I'm more focused I guess you can say. Please keep me posted about your blood pressure. Walking is good exercise too. I do that also. Feel better and lay down and rest and stay hydrated too. I need my Hypergal to feel better. And get that blood pressure checked!!! I need my Hypergal to get better.❤️ Keep me posted how you are doing. Italianmomma4ever
I just read where you suffer from GAD and depression and panic attacks and irrational thinking. Now I understand why your feeling like you do. Did you talk to your doctor about this? I would put in a call to him and tell him how you are feeling and see what he says and if there is something he can do to help you. No one should have to feel this way. I hope you get some relief soon. Anxiety sucks! And I hate it too. It's manageable but not cureable. And that's the part that I think sucks the most!!! Keep me posted how your doing. And do get some rest. That seems to help especially after all your chores. Take care. It was nice meeting you.
I meant to ask you are you eating a well balanced diet and getting enough water? You said your not sleeping well. That will make your body achy and tired. I know it does mine. Do talk with your doctor about everything that your experiencing. Maybe even do some tests if needed. Just to rule out anything. That's kinda of what I did. My tests all came back normal. Which was a relief. My doctor just chalked it up to anxiety. Anxiety sucks big time!!!! I guess we just have to make the best of it. Ugh. Much love to you. Italianmomma4ever
Tell me about it. The isolation and not really seeing others is just so depressing. Even if you do see people they have masks on. I'm sorry about having to relive all the trauma. That's not good. That just brings up bad memories. And the worse for me is death. 4 friends in 5 months is a lot to deal with. I went through a stage in my life years ago were I lost 3 dogs in less than a year and 3 family members and a very close friend. It was devastating and that's kinda of when I started getting anxiety. I know you miss your friend a lot after 40 years. My heart goes out to you. I am so sad I am lost for words. I am so sorry. The hurt never goes away. That's what my doctor told me. Just try to remember all the good times that you had with all of these people that you lost. Time will heal all wounds. Grieving is different for everyone.. So take all the time you need to grieve. And your very welcome for always being here for you and everyone else. I'm happy you feel that way about me. Your a great person that has been through so much in her life. I will keep you in my prayers. Much love to you. Italianmomma4ever
So, having a panic attack recently was easier to cope with, knowing that I could ease out of it with minimal exposure.
Yes, the physical damage of high level of anxiety is not easy to assess, nor to repair, and lasts far longer than just the symptoms. The fear of having those symptoms return often leads to a cycle of here, there, and everywhere.
When I go to the doctors my blood pressure is always high. I guess I have that white coat syndrome. Lol
But last time I focused on my breathing and pictured myself relaxing somewhere beautiful and my blood pressure was perfect. I was so relieved. Breathing does help when you have anxiety and panic. I think it has helped me out a lot to breath and stay calm and focus. Anxiety is damaging to the mind and body I think. It can really do a number on me if I let it. But I'm learning how to deal with it more and more. And it seems like it's getting better. But somedays it gets me. I just have to remember not to let it win. That's half the battle. It's a work in progress. It's manageable. Thanks for your comment. Have a good day or night wherever you live. Italianmomma4ever.
You have to do what you have to do. And if it means taking pills then go for it. I say whatever works do it. I don't like taking pills either. I have thyroid pills I take. I'm glad your going to the doctor just to be on the safe side. That's good you eat good. More vegetables would be good to eat. Their healthy. Lol Definitely drink more water. I just want you to feel better. Have a great day! And as always thanks for the comment and keeping me posted. I appreciate it. Much love Italianmomma4ever
