Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
I'm so sorry to hear about all your mental health and how it effected your body. The PTSD is horrible to have to relive all the trauma that went on in your life. The surgeries are devastating to me and just being in the hospital for that long is just too much for one to handle.. Especially in ICU. I totally agree with you that your mind does control your body and if your mind is telling you things that aren't right, then your body becomes out of whack and I think even your thinking becomes cloudy. Stay well and thank you for your comment. Have a great day! Italianmomma4ever
The mental tiredness can drain you. It can play a toll on your whole body and mind. Just trying to get things done can be a struggle. I get it. Just try to push through it. Alittle at a time. Not sleeping well is something I struggle with too. I wake up and go back to sleep. But I wake up sometimes a few times during the night. I don't know why. Sometimes the littlest things are the hardest to deal with. Just pace yourself and do what you can. Tomorrow is any other day. It was nice talking with you. And thanks for your comment. Thank you for your comment. Enjoy your day. Italianmomma4ever
Luckily, I got with my anxiety management program soon enough to avoid permanent physical damage. It is a challenge to stay ahead of that curve, but I believe the benefits outweigh the hardships.
Good to hear that you nipped it in the bud before any damage was done. You were on top of your game and recognized it and concurred it. I cant imagine having that much adrenaline going through my body like you were on something. That's not a good feeling. It's good that you were able to get that under control. Don't want to feel like a meth head if your not one. You are absolutely right that the benefits outweigh the hardships. Glad to hear. Thanks for your comment. Enjoy the day. Italianmomma4ever
Afraid, I did not ask for this!
I have no life, just stay home do housework and worry about my diagnosis. I'm not the same person, I'm broken damaged goods!

My skin gets burning sensations, sometimes I gag or throw up, I shake, I know its aged me.
It is nice to meet you. I'm so sorry that your afraid. That's not a good a feeling. And no. Nobody asked for this or to feel like this. It's horrible!!! Doing housework is a chore. I know I have been home doing laundry. What is your diagnosis? If you don't mind me asking. Whatever it is it sounds like it has changed you and your life. I do hope you get the right treatment for what your dealing with. And I hope soon you will feel better. Sending you lots of hugs and much hope things will get better for you. Maybe take a walk you might feel better getting outside and enjoying some fresh air. Take care. And thank you for your comment. Italianmomma4ever
So your skin gets burning sensations. And that can be from anxiety. The gagging and throwing up to can be from anxiety. And shaking too. Try to do some deep breathing exercises. Maybe meditate. Journaling is also good to do. Writing down your feelings and how your feeling. Also stay hydrated. Do you see a doctor for this? And age is just a number. So don't even trip on that. Just feel better. That's what's most important right now. Please keep me posted about what's going on with you. I need to know more about you and your diagnosis and what your doing about it. Thank you. Italianmomma4ever
