I don't know if this is easy to understand or not but i'll just say it, I always watch stuff with my family but sometimes during the day i make up excuses like i'm doing my homework or something because.. i don't know, either i'm anxious or i just don't want to sit still.. because i feel like i get more done in the day? I mean i love spending time with my family and i used to watch stuff with them during the day all the time but now it's like I go out of my way to make up excuses to not be around or available at the time they want to watch stuff.. Sometimes late at night i do the same thing.. The thing is, im going to be graduating from homeschool soon.. i'm not going to have to study anymore and that excuse will be gone and i don't know how i'm going to deal with sometimes not wanting to be with my family without seeming like a bitch.
Any advice? I know thats probably not understandable, i'm not making much sense cause im sick.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Try to take it one day at a time. Make an effort to go sometimes, and tell them you are too tired other times. Or you can be honest, and tell them about your anxiety, and hopefully they will understand (somewhat).
Best of Luck to you!
