I don't consider this Off Topic because the long nights of winter impact my own anxiety mightily. I often feel like a prehistoric woman shaking fearfully at the monster in the sky who is devouring her daylight.
I'll spare you the nerd account, but the geophysical forces that can turn our entire planet on its axis are strong enough to be felt by every life force on the planet. This is equally true for both the summer and winter solstice, but inside my personal skin, I feel the long nights of winter far more than the long days of summer. Where is my winter hibernation cave?
For the Northern Hemisphere, the days start getting longer again. YAY! ! ! Insert Beatles tune here. "Here Comes the Sun." I reckon that is, "There Goes the Sun" in the Southern Hemisphere.

I don't really know how to label this but I having a rough week and I can't say it's one thing.... I have a lot on my plate which is nothing new and I try to cope in many positive ways and do but I still have my moments.My kids more so my daughters talk to me about everything which I know it's cause of comfort and we are close.... however I really struggle with the venting about their dad which...

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
