Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. So ive been talking to the same guy for the past year, a month after we started talking i got pregnant and chose to have an abortion. He was the rudest person ever, he called me bitch, kicked me out of his house, secretly got on dating apps, refused to ask me to be his girlfriend. He got fired from his at home job and lost his car so he had nothing and I would buy him things he needed and let him use my car all while having to drive an hour to see him and he never once bought me anything. Not even a valentines day gift. When we went out we had to use my car and i had to pay for myself. I met a new guy thats in the navy, its only been a week and he's already given me more attention than the other guy has in 2 years so I decided to break it off with him, then he blocked me. This new guy is talking abt marrying me and moving me to cali since he is in the military so thats the only way he can be together. I just dont wanna feel like i made a bad decision. This is definitely giving me loads of anxiety. I dont wana mess things up with this new guy.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

"don't be a hate hole" has been one of my recent mantras which seems to be escaping my mouth more and more often. it emerges when i am faced with the endless list of chores i would rather not deal with. insurance. head lice. bureaucracy. in-laws. the list goes on and on and on and on, ad infinitum.reality checks requested. am i making sense?"ever'thin they is but loving leaves a rust on your...

The Navy guy sounds good. I'm a Navy Vet (27 years retiring as a Commander), if you need some help in learning what your married life will be like please PM me. A navy spouse is very special, and you need to know what you are getting into. I will say as an example, I've been married 25 years. Not to scare you but its different than civilian life.
You were right to end things with the other guy who treated you like dirt. Why were you OK with being treated that way? May I ask if you grew up in an abusive home or had a dad who treated your mom that way? The reason I ask is because it's very common for women who choose abusive men to have grown up in situations like that.
It's also really OK if you don't have a man in your life. You may want to consider a period of time to be single, to reflect on your life and the kind of person you want to be, the kind of person you want to marry, and the kind of future you want. And I'm begging you to please use protection so that another life isn't created that you don't want. My daughter can't get pregnant after 10 years of trying, and she would've taken your baby in a heartbeat. Life is precious. Please be kind and good and gentle to yourself and your offspring.
Take the lessons you've learned from the two year relationship, and continue to improve your well-being.
Best wishes in finding your better balance.
I wish you the best.
