Hello again all!
So I have been doing much better with everything lately buttttttt......
I cant stop peeing. I know that sounds wierd but I am running to the bathroom constantly. I cant even go for a walk around the block with out feeling like I am going to pee my pants. Theres no way I am pregnant and I'm not having any pain so idk if its a bladder infection. Its currently keeping me awake right now.
I was taking gabapentin for a little over a week and I stopped because I started developing hives and noticed the frequent urination. I stopped taking it two days ago and I am still peeing constanly :(
I know this is kind of gross but its freaking me out so I had to share lol

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

In my strictly personal case, I watch my diuretic intake for urinary incontinence. Coffee and soda are my two diuretic bad girls. There are tons of them on the grocery shelves, so if you have managed to avoid those two in your own pantry supply, there are others that could be lurking there. Your medicine chest, as well, could contain diuretics. Maybe. I'm pretty ignorant of medical pantries.
Gentle support while you sort your own.
For me, the first step was walking back and forth from the toilet to the kitchen (I actually counted the steps to put a starting base on). I practiced the kegel exercises in place standing up to feel the muscles.
It took me a while to get things to work better.
You are not alone in this. Best wishes as you find your way through this.
I went from thinking I had a bladder infection to ovarian cancer and stayed up all night googling my symptoms. I go to the doctors Thursday most likely I wont have a bladder infection and this is just another side affect of my anxiety....
on a bright side NO PANIC ATTACKS!
And as always thank you for your continued support it means so much to me to have people who TRULY understand <3
