Maybe you could give a couple more days if still no difference please go back to your doctor and ask him / her what can be done to improve how you feel. Please keep me updated, take care.
Celexa, and most of the SSRI drugs can take 4 weeks to notice some benefits, and 6 weeks to fully start working, so they can take about a month. Have you noticed any improvement in your anxiety since you started taking it, 3 weeks ago?
I know it's hard right now, but keep it up, you are almost at the point of it fully working for you! You can do it!

I hope you are doing better. I understand being on new medications and having doubts about them. Especially when I think they're not working. For me it normally takes about 2 mos for me to notice any changes. If this continues, like everyone else said, go to your doctor and explain the situation. Just remember, you are on a journey called life. There are going to ups and downs, and we're going to be emotional sometimes during certain situations. Everything will work out with time. The worst part is the discomfort of waiting several weeks to see if something will work or not.
All i know is its so hard to think clearly while waiting to see if a med works or not.

It scares me that my med will quit too. It could take more time for it to have full effect. Are you feeling any positive effects from the meds? If not talk to your dr. Maybe you need a dosage change. Take care and it will be ok!!
