Hello i have pretty high anxiety this year has been really difficult for me. The end of last year my husband were about to have a big life change. Move to a new state and new careers our first house. On Jan 3rd my father n law passed away. He was our co-signer on our new home. We also found out that my mom had beyond stage 4 pancreatic cancer then six weeks to the day my mom passed. I feel like we take 2 steps forward and then we are body slammed back. It has been only i think 9 weeks since my moms passing. My emotions run everywhere. My anxiety is out of control. I always feel wound up and i feel like my rain has conversations all on its own.

Late 2016 to early 2017 made a 3 death year for Hubs and I. At this stage, I can barely remember the plans we were making when the tsunami hit, but I still feel the pain and confusion with vivid clarity. I believe Hubs does, too.
Breathing with you, CL. . . It's a rough wave to ride. Gentle support while you find your way through. Do you by chance have an extra horse? That sounds like super good therapy.
But getting away from the human species helps me find the peace and tranquility to process those massive upheavals of life. My critters and nature ground me in ways humans never will. I bet some time with *your boy* would do you both allot of good.
Don't forget to take care of yourself too. My mom had a hard time when my brother (in-law) passed away because she was trying to be strong/grieve for/care for my sister. In the end, she found that she had not dealt with her own grief. Seeing a counselor was helpful for her too.
