General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Hello, it's me again.. I know you've told me but i began feeling insecure again. As you know, Ive had underweight of only 55 kg from 16 to 19 years as a male and I was sitting wrong on the pc desk while playing some video games. Did that cause or worsen my 20° S curve scoliosis?
Sorry for asking again but did I really not worsen it ANY BIT? It was unavoidable and inevitable and nothing I could have done could have prevented it? And nothing I did made my spine or scoliosis worse?

I have multiple skeletal issues (too many to mention). Some I was born with and some were created by just living and my line of work, but it doesn't define me if I'm good or bad. Obviously you have been shamed into thinking it's your fault and that you are helpless. This will take some serious help through counseling with a knowledgeable therapist (this might take seeing a few til you find the right one).
However, it doesn't matter how or why it is, I am working hard to fix it so that I can stop living in severe pain.
The thing is, if you keep fixated on if it was your fault for having bad posture, you will never fix the problem which is indeed fixable with medical help.
My health insurance won't pay for me to fix the problem, so am working with a massage therapist knowledgeable in my issues and have looked up exercises and stretches from reputable youtube doctors to do in the privacy of my own home that I work on daily.
Look up Dr. John Bergman videos on youtube. He did a special on scoliosis as does motivationaldoc. They may help you move in the right direction as well as put your concerns to rest.
It takes "action jackson" in order to move out of the bad situation. I and others have given you suggestions to move forward to freedom.
Wishing you the best of luck and hopefully you decide to move out of the fear, shame, and guilt to live a better life.
