Keep a daily journal to help you sort through the connections of multiple conversations. Your sensitivity comes from associated anxiety, so learning what triggers it specifically will help you to switch off that part naturally.
Anxiety is natural. Anxiety is our helper in stress moments.
Practice even breathing. Practice stop, pause, and breathe. Both of these will break the distraction in the moment.

My social anxiety is intense enough that I have to let it be okay that I'm not a big talker. As awkward as that can be during social encounters, it's not totally a bad thing. It gives me more time for observing, etc. I like to take doodle pads or doodads I can fiddle with to channel my anxiety while I make the best of a not-always-but-usually-a-bad situation. I'm often glad when I nudge myself to go ahead and give socializing another whirl.
Then we get to the televised socials. . . Zoom, etc. My performance anxiety meets my social anxiety and? ? ? DON'T MAKE ME, MOMMY! ! !

Same here, I social anxiety, And can only focus on one person at a time. Even in group's of three, Like i'm out with people, I feel really socially awkward, Even though DS is virtual I even Find it hard to post some day's,
I think covid-19 has alot to do with it to.
