Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
For me, I actually died from a medical procedure gone wrong. I think about how peaceful I felt. I don’t fear death, I think what my goal is to achieve a peaceful way of living because there has been so much turmoil in my life.
You can also try setting an hour aside for worry time, writing all your fears and thoughts and then go back and try to resolve problems and address each thought. I hope you feel better soon.
Every case of anxiety is unique, Magic, and the tools will work a bit differently for each of us and vary even more for the circumstances life keeps throwing at us. Customize, customize, customize. . .
Keep sorting. Your own, strictly personal answers are in there.
Continued support while you sort.
Your life experience gives you a specific perspective in which to surround yourself with, choosing the positive direction is up to you, in the moment.
The help, support, encouragement, and understanding that everyone provides is available to all.
Finding what works, comes from your work!
Best wishes.

But yea, too much advice, I’m learning, is too much.
I’m having to find what works for me and it’s sometimes minute by minute...
I think the death thing is how you look at spirituality, which I don’t have a grasp on yet either...
Sometimes, just looking at someone else writing they feel the same way helps calm me down..
Going to dr. On Monday though to see about medication...
I’m willing to try almost anything at this point...I want to say something inspirational but I know it can all seem like bs after awhile so I’ll just say..
Take care and ✌️
