General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
I guess that you can say that I live part of my life being tired. The other half of my life, I am either resting or running around doing errands, grocery shopping, visiting my Aunt, going to the gym, or other fun stuff. So today, I was on YouTube and I came across a podcast by Mel Robbins that basically says that I'm not tired but rather, I am undisciplined. Hmmm! So I listened to it. Different things were coming to my mind as I listened. I've heard my best friend say "I didn't feel like it, but I forced myself". Then I was realizing how disciplined I am with my diet and exercise and have been for over 3.5 years. I started thinking that Mel was hitting on something. I am very undisciplined when it comes to cleaning because "I don't feel like it" most of the time. I am going to have to listen to the podcast again and this time, I am taking notes. I would love for this to be a solution of this aged old problem of mine. If I conquered my weight problem, I can conquer my tired problem. Here is the link to the podcast:

Great book!!!!
oh, for the love of balance. . .
learning how to treat rest like a productive activity and balancing my energy expenditures has been a breakthrough in my recovery.
With any of this pop psychology stuff, flip the script and say what if the opposite. I will give you another perspective here.
Tiredness being undisciplined, maybe, but also maybe not.
What if a person has sleep apnea or a thyroid problem or a medication which causes tiredness? Did you know many meds cause sleepiness, like some reflux meds? A person with a thyroid disorder is often very tired. And anemia can cause tiredness. Or heart disease, or arthritis believe it or not (according to my arthritis doctor, being tired is so common with arthritis).
I also think you are a good, loving person to help your Aunt. Even if she sometimes drives you crazy, you are so kind to her. This points to your high character.
I am very disciplined and I have health issues and medications that make me tired. I go to bed on a schedule and my body wakes me up on a schedule. I rest a lot but I also do a lot on some days. I get things done as my husband and I call it.
Sorry to be a negative on her. I am a natural skeptic. I think we have to think for ourselves and not just take all this stuff as truth. If it truly fits your life, then go with it. If it doesn't fit your life or reality, then just leave it be.
Or listen on audible.
Its about building good habits and breaking bad ones.
