Hi all,
The other day I had one of the worst experiences in my life--I was driving home and BOOM! instant anxiety and panic. I pulled over and tried to calm down but couldn't. I walked around for a bit but was so high strung I began dry-heaving. Sadly, I had to call my mom to meet me since I was so scared. I begged her to take me to the ER because the racing thoughts wouldn't stop and my heart was RACING! She refused and had me follow her home.
Next day I went to the psych and she told me it was my high stress level and nerves. I thought it was b/c I increased to 60mg of Cymbalta (I was on 30 and not doing well).
Here I still now still anxious and feeling hopeless, wanting to just jump out of my skin. I am on Ablify, Cymbalta (30), and Xanax in the a.m.
Can anyone relate? I feel like I am something is so wrong....

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

One think has always puzzled me : what a surprise that kind of thing. No warning -- out of the blue, I get flattened.
A temporary Rx exists. (But it is a very controlled substance, so a doctor will be reluctant to prescribe it for more than a few days.) Your doctor will know what I'm referring to. Leetle white pills.
I don't have a good picture of your situation is, the meds mentioned I am not familiar with. ...Um I assume you are thinking for how to reduce stress. If stress is reduced in a kinda-regular life -- reduced somewhat -- then a week or pro'ly several weeks are required before ya' really feel a difference.
If you work, maybe the doctor could write a note..if they could give you a leave of absence. Or maybe use your vacation time and personal days.
/Jus' thinking ways to get you through the next few (+) days until you have gotten a hold on things.
Well I mean gotten a hold over your mind. (I don't know if there is humour is that)
