Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Wow! You sound like you have all different kind of experiences going on in your body. Don't hold your breath. Doing deep breathing techniques helps. The muscle tightness can be tension. Maybe doing some yoga or exercise can loosen the muscles up. Or a warm bath. Or even a massage. I get shaky and jittery and dizzy a lot. That's probably my most symptoms how I feel. I get tired too. I to will cry because it all scares me. It does suck to feel like your feeling. I hope you see a therapist or take something to relief all this. I couldn't go through it. I'm sorry you have too. Clenching your teeth is somewhat normal when people with anxiety have. Be careful now you will have to go to the dentist and get your fillings redone. Maybe chew some gum instead. Well I do hope you can get some help dealing with all this. Because nobody should have to go through all that your experiencing. Good luck to you my friend. Italianmomma4ever ❤️
It's very nice to meet you. I get irritable too. Especially if I haven't had the proper sleep. I get cranky. I get shaky my hands and legs like rubber bands it's awful. The heart beating fast is also a symptom of anxiety. It's a scary one. You feel like your gonna die. The teeth clenching is due to anxiety to. The only thing I can suggest about clenching your teeth at night is to wear a teeth guard so you won't be able to clench your teeth. I don't know how comfortable they are. But it might be worth a try. Thank you for your comment. I do hope you find some relief with everything's that going on in your life. Take care. Italianmomma4ever
I sweat too. I get a lot of headaches. Don't know if there due to allergies or sinus. Been to the ENT and she wasn't too sure. Could be tension headaches. I get shaky too. My legs and my hands. It's awful. My body aches at times. Muscles feel tight. I get very restless and irritable if I don't get the right amount of sleep. My sleep is broken a lot. Your right none of this is a good feeling. It gets to me sometimes and I just want to scream or cry. Thanks so much for your comment. Hope we all can feel better. Just take it one day at a time. It's very nice to meet you. Yeah I get that feeling like I just want to run away. Concentrating can be hard to do and staying focused on the present moment is a challenge. It's always good to stay organized and on top of things. You feel like you accomplished something. I'm glad that helps with work. Less stress and anxiety. Sometimes we all slip and fall behind. But that's o.k. You just have to pace yourself. And remember it will get done. Rome wasn't built in a day. Lol. I guess I can say that because I'm full Italian. Thanks for your comment. So you break out in goosebumps. Never heard that one before. I get a lot of pressure in my sinus area or sometimes I get a migraine. People do like to stay and bed and sleep. Pacing is a sign of anxiety. Like you can't stay still so you need to keep moving. I get that sometimes when I'm out and I can't stay still. It's like I gotta keep moving. It's good to leave the windows open to get some fresh air. But not to get so cold.
Or if you feel better being outside in nature is always relaxing as long as your not to hot or to cold. If you feel safe with the doors and windows open thats o..k. It feels good to get some air circulating through out the house. I like to open the windows and get some fresh air in. No it's o.k. Your not rambling at all. Your just describing your feelings. And I thank you for that. Thanks for your comment. Italianmomma4ever

It's very nice to meet you.
Yes the pounding heart is from anxiety. You feel like your gonna have a heartache or die. But your not. The breathing gets very shallow for me. Like I need to do some deep breathing exercises. It helps. Sleeping has always been a problem. Lot of broken sleep for me. I shake sometimes to my hand and legs. That's the worse for me. I'll break out in a sweat too. I have to turn the air conditioner on or go outside. It's good that it doesn't effect your work. Gee I hope you feel better. It's awful having all these feelings. I get it. Take care. I meant to ask you do you see a therapist or take any medication?
The main symptom I get is feeling sick because I have a phobia of it, but I also violently shake, my mouth goes dry, I get pins and needles in my fingers/hands/arms, I go light headed too a couple times I've nearly passed out from it, my heart pounds and my breathing gets shallow
