Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

I have read that most people would rather have depression than anxiety. Sometimes I think they can go hand in hand. They feed off each other.
It's very nice to meet you. Yes I would say one isn't any better than the other. I was diagnosed with anxiety. Depression does make you feel like you have no motivation. And the anxiety makes you feel on edge. And yes I understand about the negative emotions. That's the anxiety bringing them on. It is very exhausting to have to go through it. It wears you down. It kinda of sucks the life out of you. Try to write down your feelings and your thoughts. It is hard. Sometimes I fall apart to. But just get back up and keep going. Don't let it stop you or interfere in your life. Thanks for your comment. Italianmomma4ever
I sent you a friend request. Love your user name. It's very beautiful.
I treasure each moment that i get that i have neither.
I hope someday soon there is a treatment that is effective for everyone and mental (brain illness) Will be just another disease conquered by science.
Anxiety is a bad feeling. It's not good having to deal with it and all the symptoms. Depression is something I think when you have anxiety it does make you feel depressed for some people. That's nice that you have neither. Have you ever had either one? Hopefully that would be a dream come true if they could find something to get rid of both. Anxiety is manageable. Depression you can over come too. I think with therapy it helps both. And some people medication. Thanks for your comment. And enjoy life. Italianmomma4ever
I miss understood you. You have both. But when you don't experience them you treasure every moment. That's great! Don't let either one of them stop you from living a fun filled life. Stay positive and keep going. Keep busy. And you won't think about either one. Here's to living life. Italianmomma4ever
To be honest, depression and anxiety can interfere with my life a lot which is to be expected since both are apart of my life at the moment. It's been apart of my life for 5 years. I try my best to work through it but it doesn't always work. That's why I'm glad I can have writing as my escape. During the colder months, it worsens for me since I also have seasonal depression. It's been rainy/snowy for the past few days and it brings me down a lot and makes me not want to do anything at all.
It is overwhelming, and either one can add to the other, thus making it less easy to "do".
Yes I feel like they do go together. Even though I was just diagnosed with anxiety. The anxiety can get me down. It's irritating and frustrating. But I to just work through it and don't let it interfere with my life. I do the best I can. It sure is overwhelming. Just having anxiety is enough for me to have. I couldn't imagine having both together. I got enough on my plate to deal with. Lol. Thanks for your comment. Italianmomma4ever
