dead ,I probably wont know it , so that part doesnt scare me.
I would encourage you to seek treatment so you can enjoy the time you
do have. Statistically , at your age, that is a lot more years. Wear your seat belt and the actuarial tables say you have a really good chance of seeing 80.

I read a book a few years ago that really helped with my fear of death. This and many, many other accounts tell the same story. It is not scary and horrible, but is more of a feeling of freedom, light and well-being as you've never experienced.

You don't feel anything. You don't experience anything. You aren't there.
So there is nothing to fear. There is nothing to worry about. Only when you are alive is there anything whatsoever to fear.
If you allow yourself to really think through being dead you will find it releases. It's a non-issue. Delve right into it. Go deep inside it. Walk towards the fear, and stay right inside the fear until it releases.
And then it's gone forever.
It's LIVING HERE that's hard. Deprivation, isolation, loneliness, so much lack. There never seems to be enough money, enough love, enough positive knowledge and reinforcement.
