Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."

Even if it's hard for you to go out, I pray that you can have your heart's desire to have friends. I am a stay at home home so whenever I go to groceries or doctor's office, I smiled at people and sometimes I start the conversation. You can try to connect to some local churches and joined their activities. We found our church 12 years ago and the people there became my friends and considered family too.
I hope you will have friends that you need, you can message me anytime if you need someone to talk to. God bless.
