  I have been off of Daily Strength for a long time! I am going to try to get on here every day and be active! Its just after Facebook and Twitter every morning I haven't been taking the time to check things out here and I really need to! I have now, in addition to osteoarthritis and irritable bowel syndrome, developed overactive bladder. I am taking Oxybutynin to keep the urgency from  plaguing me everyday.   I have been dealing with osteoarthritis since I was 42 (I am 70 now). I also suffer from obesity which I am working on. Over the last 3  years I have also started having urgency and frequency and I also have IBS. Now I have high blood pressure! Five different conditions!Today I started really working hard on my diet and exercise; trying to eat the right foods and doing the right exercise. I am hoping that Daily Strength can support me some.

  I have been away from Daily Strength for a very long time! I recently turned 70 years of age and remarried my former husband (the father of my children). I am for the most part very happy. We have been married four months now. Before that I was my mother's caregiver and we lived in Maryland. I am now in California. My mother passed away in June of this year. I miss her sooooo very much! I am trying to get past that and move on with my life but it is so hard. I have a lot of trouble going out...
