  its been over 6 months panic attack free, and then today BOOM. I forgot how shitty this feels...I had to take a pill for the first time in almost a year to help me calm down, and i almost felt defeated. but if they help, they help. right?

  Does anyone get anxiety when they get a headache/migraine?or maybe I get a migraine because of my anxiety......who knows..either way it hurts so bad and it makes my anxiety feel so much worse. i start having muscle spasms and I can't speak because I jumble my words.anyone else have this problem?

  just wanted to say thank you to anyone who has taken the time out to ever listen to me, or give me any support of advice/support! here's a few things i do when i have an anxiety/panic attack or have general anxiety...ps, i'm diagnosed w/ PAD and GAD-go to the gym! helps release endorphins -listen to music, while playing a game on my phone. you can't think about your anxiety while you're singing and thinking -for anyone who uses medication, look into hydroxyzine. it's not a controlled...
