  I have suffered from panic attacks  for nearly 30 years and agoraphobia  for the past 11 years. Im tired of it. I have given up great jobs and promotion opportunities ,  lost friends ,  lost businesses, and have settled for a meager existence . I'm now to the point where anything more that driving to work and back can make me anxious . I have made excuses not to travel and go on trips with my family for the last 10 years . If I drive more than 15 miles or so from my house I freak out. I...
