  Hi Everyone,I am 25 years old and have social anxiety and depression. It's a long story but I hope you guys can identify with some of the things I deal with. I always been shy but they have been times where I just could not communicate at all and it caused several breakdowns in  my life.   Currently I am in college and I have social anxiety and depression. Just looking to join a support group and talk to people who deal with the same. Since being at college my anxiety been up alot and it does stress me out alot.
