Status: I'm not sure how I feel because I been having more headaches since finding out I have graves disease. maybe since getting the medicine
About Me
I'm not dieting, I'm trying to have a healthier life! It's only been a few days, I've been exercising, drinking plenty of water, and limiting sugar and eating with lesser size meal portions. Its really hard, over a year ago I quit smoking, I want to live as long as I possibly can! need lots of support from my family friends, and even people I don't know that well, hopefully that will change!
