I retired 2 years ago and have had sleeping issues all my life. Also, I have severe Arthritis! Before I retired I worked at Gap for 12 years and loved helping people spend their money! Also, I was a Nursing Assistant for 13 years which was my favorite job because I love helping people=)

A person with the title "It's Time" found a way to get 6 hours of sleep a night without waking up and posted this.... but never answered our questions about exactly what she did to achieve this? I wrote on her post and want to know exactly what she did to get 6 hours of sleep without waking up? Please help and thanks=)
