Sleep

A person with the title "It's Time"  found a way to get 6 hours of sleep a night without waking up and posted this....  but never answered our questions about exactly what she did to achieve this?  I wrote on her post and want to know exactly what she did to get 6 hours of sleep without waking up?  Please help and thanks=)
