  Praise the Lord, everybody! Hope everyone is well. I am doing pretty good, but been dealing with insomnia here and there for about a week. Got some melatonin, but not sure if it is helping, or if my body just gets tired eventually and go to sleep, which, over the last several days, it has been falling asleep around 4 to 6 am, then waking up around 11am. In addition to melatonin, also been listening to my favorite, Dr. Charles Stanley, because I love his voice.   This whole Valsartan/carcinogen/recall mess really makes me feel angry. I wish I could get off of these blood pressure meds.

  It's 2:41am, can't sleep because every time I drift off, my heart beats really fast. Not sure if I'm nervous, or if it's because I've been busy the last couple of days, or having problems with my blood pressure medication. I hope I can get some sleep before the sun rises.Other than that, all is well. I hope all of you are doing good. Respond and let me know what's going on in your world.
