  I am 4 years out from gastric bypass and i have lost 300lbs most before having surgery. Since i first started menstruating the OBGYN has told me i could not have children. I have way to many issues with my system. However i recently went in for my consultation to have skin removal surgery on my stomach, thighs and a breast lift only to find out that i was pregnant and I'm almost out of my first trimester.
