About Me
I started drinking at about 16 and have been a binge drinker ever since. I am now 46. My drinking has been out of control for the best part of the last thirty years. It\'s wrecked my last 2 relationships and is threatening my health now. I have been a functioning daily binge drinker for the last 6 years or so with one 9 month period of abstinence. I work, but i want to stop drinking permanently and will do the best I can to make it happen and help anyone else i can on the way, Ian.

Merry Xmas Jen. Sorry I've not been on in ages. I had some PC issues but mostly I got a bit complacent. I've slipped a few times but only the one of those was it more than a one off night/day. How are you doing? x
