About Me
My name is jay, I\'m 25 years young. I have addiction problems going back to the age of around 14, iv\'e also got a history of depression and anxiety from around the same age. I\'m still battling with addiction to prescription pill\'s and trying to manage my mental heath. I\'m not currently drinking but do occasional slip up. I\'m on here to speak to others with similar problems and to get advice and also to offer advice.
