About Me
I\'m interested in spirituality and healing in all of its many forms. I have struggled with anxiety, substance issues and depression throughout my life. Right now I\'m doing pretty good, with these issues though like anyone I do have my difficult days. I went through treatment for alcoholism 4 years ago and have been sober since then. I go to AA and am active in that program. That\'s made a huge difference in my life. I definitely think that others that have dealt with these issues have more understanding then others in my life that haven\'t struggled with these issues. These issues have also given me a sensitive/accepting nature so I hope I can also give back to others out there struggling as I am.
