  I am goint off Cymbalta/Duloxetine and my MD wants to cross taper, which means go off Cymbalta in stages while starting Sertraline/Zoloft in stages.I've read many papers that state cymbalta should be tapered off completely over four weeks with a 2.5 week detox time (no anti-depressant at all), then start the other medication.I've cross tapered many anti-depressants and have never read this information about any of the others. Now I'm freaked out. Anybody else have any experience with going off...
