  I posted on here a lot when I joined a few months ago when I was feeling so hopeless and depressed that nothing would ever work for me. I got a new therapist, switched medications, and I had the happiest day I've had in like a YEAR yesterday.   Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder but the medication doesnt seem to be helping as much as my doctor said it would. I cycle between moods very very quickly for someone who has bipolar 2 and am wondering if I maybe have BPD. Could any of you tell me how you realized you have BPD and kind of explain symptoms! I appreciate this in advance! Thanks :)

  Hello! I've recently been doing a lot of research trying to help myself throughout my journey with my Bupolar 2 diagnosis. I've come upon a lot of people who say their bipolar 2 was actually BPD OR they get a dual diagnosis. I feel like I display some of the things in BPD as well and I've had a bad past with misdiagnosis so it makes me anxious to think I might be getting treated for the wrong thing. Is this something I should express concern to my doctor about?

  Hey guys. Hope everyone is doing well. I was just looking for a little advice. I find it really hard to do self care and sometimes even basic hygiene like showering and brushing my teeth. I do it, but it seems like a big chore to me and I honestly struggle taking care of myself because I feel almost guilty. I'm not sure if anyone else experiences this as well and maybe has some tips?? thanks in advance:)

  I know it's a symptom of bipolar but I can't stop feeling stuck in the past. I'm always so consumed with past memories and mistakes because I think they make me a bad person. I find that I can rarely be present in the moment because I'm always infatuated with the past. I quite literally live in the past. I fixate on my mistakes and then I start to spiral. I know I need to see a therapist but I had one who I didn't really vibe with so I'm now trying to find another one. But I just wondered if...
