   I have been to the Orthopedic Dr, had an MRI and it is sciatica, the pain is really bad if I am standing or walking around for a half hour or so..Waiting for the referral for the cortisone shot, and just wondering how other people deal with this and waiting..I have anxiety anyway so this is just making me miserable...

   Hi, I've been having health anxiety for awhile now. Talking to a therapist that I love, she is helping so much. I have childhood trauma issues and dealing with all that and I seem really good for awhile and then the intrusive thoughts about my heath start. I start thinking about my breathing and maybe not catching my breath and I know its all in my head, and then I start thinking my heart is beating too fast so I take my blood pressure and of course its up because I'm anxious. I haven't taken...
