  How do you feel safe?I write. I repeat phrases. "You're an adult now." "Anger is a good emotion." "You can handle your emotions." I breathe and I talk to myself and I write. I make space and accept.I also am constantly eating ice, just to stay on the ground.I walk my dog and I hike. I do the dishes while listening to music. I say, "I am enough." Sometimes, I believe it.I am new here. I have C-PTSD and I recently came to some big realizations. I only talk to my therapist about anything weighty...
