  Hello,I wanted to ask everyone about what they do to cope with the pain. I have pain in my right foot that is getting really bad. The past three days I was only able to lay on my bed and cry. I am currently working unfortunately in retail though (one of the worst industries for being on your feet). What do you do other than take medication to help? I have tried CBD which seems to work in conjunction with Voltaren gel but the effects are short lived. Any tips and tricks would be much...

  Hello,I am new to this group, having being just diagnosed with PMDD (end of Sept) by my doctor. Is anybody able to give me some advice? I get terrible mood swings. I get suicidal thoughts on antidepressants and I don't want to take birth control (it seems to be too strong of a drug. I've heard it could even make things worse.) I hate feeling this way though. What should I do? Thanks!~ J
