  the ringing... i think, has always been there. but i never cared for it or noticed it unless i was in quiet/stressful situations. lately i've started taking celexa because i felt horribly anxious and unlike myself. to the point where i think i'm going to lose my mind with worrying nonstop. you may know me because i've been posting a lot lately, well everyday i worry and find something new to worry that makes me panic a little and then i cry. this afternoon i was trying to take a nap, and i...

  i cannot stop telling people I'm sad or depressed or very anxious and that i started taking meds for it... and everyday i panic over something different like my shortness in breath, the ringing in my ear,or my mental state, and then i cry about it. why do i i ke seeking help? this has only been going on for a week+ and i dont understand why i keep telling everyone I'm anxious and started meds

  my anxiety has never been in a straight line. iny case, more rarely it has peaked where i i cannot control my thoughts and have a feeling of doom and fear that i will go crazy and never go back to normal. last week, it has happened again. i believe it is due to built up stress because of everything that is happening to the world.   All my life I have lived with a certain level of anxiety, it wasn't too bad but i always ended up going through phases where it would make me scared and worried for no reason, which caused me to be scared of losing control over my thoughts and myself. recently, i started another phase. i was very worried because this time it made it hard for me to breathe easily, and i wouldn't stop focusing on how i breathe. it triggered my anxiety to peak and now i am constantly worried about everything more...
