my anxiety has never been in a straight line. iny case, more rarely it has peaked where i i cannot control my thoughts and have a feeling of doom and fear that i will go crazy and never go back to normal. last week, it has happened again. i believe it is due to built up stress because of everything that is happening to the world. I'm scared of losing my closed one and cannot imagine what I'd do if that were to happen one day. there two fear are the main ideas that gets me to stress and it never stops.i decided to seek a doctor for help and now I'm medicated on both celexa and zopiclone. my mouth is extremely dry, and I've had shortness in breath. my throat is starting to be sore. now i wonder, do i have asthma? do i have bronchitis? is it all due to the new meds and should i stop taking them? or did i catch the virus? and i wonder too, did i decide to get medicated too soon? would i have been fine if I'd waited it out to be over? my stress is very high during morning in night but it calms down a little from distractions through the day. I'm just so paranoid... is celexa only for constant acute anxiety unlike me who is always anxious to a tolerable degree but go through rare phases where it's more acute? and can it be taken short term? sorry for the long post my thoughts are all mixed up andi have too much to say

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

Breathing with you Klydestine. . .
Celexa is an antidepressant which I have taken in the past.
Do you have a prn? Do you see a therapist? Both are helpful to me in managing my anxiety.
