  For about 8 months I've stopped cutting myself, but I'm falling back into that dark place, the urges to cut again are building and so are suicidal thoughts building as well. All I want to do is go to bed and sleep to get away from the thoughts but I dread it as well because I can't sleep and the thoughts are at their strongest. I feel so alone with absolutely no self value whatsoever and I'm hurting so much. Cutting at least takes some of those feelings away but I'm trying not to but those...

  I'm not sure what I expect or hope to get from posting but I have so much hurt that's been building up for years I don't know what else to do. I'm in such a dark place I can't get out of.
