  Haven't been on in a while. Had been good about not talking to the other woman, but the lying to my wife has not been easy. My biggest problem is I make promises that I don't keep. My intentions are good but my follow through sucks. I need help from the group. I don't want to lie to her again about anything. I need suggestions. My love for my wife and my boys is the only things that matter to me at this time. She can't forgive my until I can stop. We need to move on but I am the problem with...

  The devil showed up today and the confrontation was very scary. Not once but twice I needed all my courage and the amazing support of my loving wife to stave off the temptation. You can win with great friends and loving support. Will keep the updates coming. One day at a time!!!

  My lying increased over the last 7 months. Thank God I was caught and the deceit is over. My wife is trying to deal with this madness and she is a champ! I have finally learned my lesson and seen that as my wife says, "the truth will set you free!" My journey back begins today with many Huge hurdles to jump. I will keep a record of how it's going. All prayers appreciated.

  Lying to my wife has been an act of betrayal. Facing that daily has been a heavy burden that must be lifted to be free. The pain I have caused her is almost unbearable. I must daily try to make it go away. Our love for each other helps make the task easier, but nothing causes the hurt and humiliation go away for her.   Lying is something that is not natural.However, when you start, stopping is almost impossible. It gets easier each time and you get in deeper with each story. During this to loved ones and family is the highest form of descent. From a professional liar, please heed my words. Only evil comes from lying and breaking the chain is done only by the grace of God! Pray daily for help as it is too strong to beat alone! Keep the faith.

  Seems like I lie to hide behind the truth. Once you start, it just mushrooms into an atom bomb. So much easier to lie than tell the truth.
