  It's doing what lexapro did. increasing my anxiety. I'm having an attack in my sleep that wakes me up, sends chills all over my body, makes me stiff, and panicked. I don't know what else to do. I'm currently at the ER per request of my therapists office. The increased attacks are starting the same way. I'm so scared. I don't want to go through it all again.

  Yesterday, I got my first check from my new job.Today, I was able to treat myself for the first time in months. I ordered some new makeup online. Makeup gives me expression, even if its just for work. It makes me feel like me. I got myself some junk food. I have been without snacks for months. so i indulged in cookies and cream soda dr pepperI finally went to the doctor. I was able to pay for my visit and my medicine.   I think my problems will be solved soon, asI GOT A JOB! finally, i can become a busy person again. put all of my energy into work.. be happy and social. not stuck at home dwelling on my thoughts and anxieties. I am so stoked. this may not solve all of my problems but it will definetely help with me getting out of the house and making new friends at a work place. YAY!
