  Anyone else terrified of getting sick ? And germs ? Whenever I get sick I get super anxious and depressed that I’ll never get better. My son currently has the flu and I’ve been an anxious mess worrying that he won’t get better or that I’ll get the flu from him. I think I may already have it . Help . How do you deal with your health anxiety ?

  I have anxiety and depression. My anxiety recently got worse about a month and a half ago when I got a horrible migraine and started worrying there was something wrong with my health . Turns out I’m healthy physically but mentally I can’t shake being scared and feeling weak and exhausted all the time . I have days where I cry on and off all day. And some days I’m ok . I’ve been on Prozac 10mg for about 3 weeks now and I don’t know if it’s helping much . I don’t know what to do to...

  Hi my name is Kay and I am 28 years old . I’ve struggled with anxiety on and off my whole life .   I am having the worst month ever . I started out with a migraine and back pain and it scared me so much it traumatized me . Now I have anxiety and depression to go along with it .
