  Hello all. I was recently diagnosed with PPPD. It's a relief to know what it is after all these years (have had vertigo/dizziness since 2006 and never got an answer). We're working on treatment. I have tried physical thereapy/head movements in order to treat it but it made it worse. I'm trying Zoloft but it makes me sick and I haven't tolerated other anti-depressents well in the past so I don't know how far I will get with this. Anyone else have PPPD that has any other suggestions/experineces?...

  Hello all. I just wanted to share this incase it helps anyone. I get acne for various other reasons but the worst of my skin problems (acne, cystic acne, redness) was infact cause by consumption of cane sugar. I have a terrible sweet tooth and I used to eat a lot of sugar. During that time in my life my skin was so terrible that nothing topical would work to get rid of it.   Hello all, new here. I have had dizziness (more like chronic motion sickness) and occasional vertigo since 2006 (the vertigo used to be the worst chronic symptom, now it's the motion sickness). I have noticed that a lot of ENT doctors want to do and repeat the VNG test (from what I gather they induce vertigo to see if a nystagmus appears- movement of the eyes) I have had this test done before and they want to do it again.
