About Me
In 1998 I had a spinal fusion after a back injury when I was 20 and many years of pain. I was forced back to work to soon and broke the fusion. In 2003 I was declared totally disabled and put on morphine. In 2006 I was diagnosed with lung cancer. They removed half my left lung and gave me only months to live. I was given all the morphine I wanted. Instead of dying I got better. Now I am addicted and still living with pain and the fear that the drugs can be taken away at any time.
