  Well I'm proud of myself I did another 2 afternoon shifts. Past couple of days I'm finding it hard to balance, I know it's a process and it will take time and patience from all parties who know me. But on the other hand I'm so frustrated and mad and upset with myself and that I'm trying so hard to be ”better” that I'm trying to hard and feel I'm setting myself backwards. At this point I'm not sure what else can do and I'm trying not let it effect me but it's very hard not to.

   I've been off for some time now about 3 weeks now because of my GAD and I was just recently diagnosed with nocturnal panic attacks. With this time off I've been selfish and just working on me with my last week coming up before heading to work, I don't find that I'm ready to go back or feel like I'm ready too. I explained it to my therapist like this if I were to go back now I would be 4 steps back from my progress that Iv'e made in the little time, and if I give myself some more time and...

  This is the start of what happened to start on the 7th of Feb. I got diagnosed with mild panic disorder at the hospital. What happened was I have nocturnal panic attacks and. Apparently, I don’t know this section because I don’t remember but my mom has told me what happened. I woke up from panic episode than my anxiety kicked in that I was going to be late for work but it didn’t register what time it was 1:30 am and with being bad weather I want a head start got completely ready for work...

  Hi there guys, I'm new to this and trying to understand where I am at I'm in my late 20's ( almost 30 oh boy ! ) and ever since my mid 20's my periods have been worse, though it was just the phase or a bad period and symptoms were worse than normal.
