  Wow !!! I just looked back over my old journal entries and I realized nothing in my life has changed. I am still depressed and sad all the time. I really need to make some changes but I am not sure how to begin. How do you react when a family member has a massive heart attack    and needs help with aftercare, Dr. appointments, housing, etc.  and not one person steps up to do the right thing??? It makes me feel so sad and angry and ashamed. This is my family and it means I have failed...

  I would like to ask for prayers for my son who is having a very difficult time in his life right now, he recently had a massive heart attack, and is having major problems in his life. He is feeling very alone and without hope. He is really needing a small miracle to let him know he is loved and not alone. Thank you very much. God bless you all.

  I have been feeling extremely tired this past week. I get up early and by 11:00 A.M. I am ready for a nap. What the heck??? I am old but not that old. I shouldn't need a nap. It has been a long time since I was on this site. I couldn't remember the name of the site, and lucky me I accidentally found it today. So I will be visiting more often now.
