  Doesn't anyone in this group know about CBTi for insomnia? There are trained sleep therapists who can train you to sleep again and eventually you can get off sleep meds.

  I see no one has posted on here for years. I guess if you have depersonalization disorder there's no one to talk to. I hope I can find another support group for this.

  What can I do for crippling anxiety in the evening? Ever since chronic insomnia began 8 years ago my anxiety is out of control sometimes. If I don't sleep much it's worse. It seems to be getting worse with time. I'm working with a therapist now but things are very slow. I've been mostly staying at home and feel like I'm losing my mind. I have no one to talk to when anxiety gets extreme.  I need someone besides a therapist once every 2 weeks. I've been using the coping skills available but the...
