  wow! Bad day. I have bipolar, but I also have SAD, so this day of the year is never my favorite. I have this weird feeling that I have to be around people constantly. Although this may seem good, I’ve been described as ‘clingy’ and the only people in my life are my immediate family. I don’t know if any of you all have experienced something similar? Thanks

  Feeling low. Winter is coming and that never helps. It’s frustrating because I’ve been on medication for bipolar and anxiety for almost 20 years but I’ve never quite found the right medications and dosage for me. Medication also contributes to my weight gain which I really don’t like. Going to see my psychiatrist in about an hour. This time, for the first time, I might just tell him what I put here— that meds don’t usually work. Recently, I’ve started working with a counselor....
