  Hello, my husband and I are interested in moving out of state, he was given the label Sexually Violent Predator because he was 18 and angry, in the state in which we are from they "test" all SO's whether to be an SVP or not, we don't have levels here, you're either a regular SO or SVP, when he was in treatment after prison he passed the same exact test he was given 10 years ago but because he didn't take it seriously then he is stuck with the label, if we were to move out of state what would he...
